I manage your pricing for as long as we work together. We start with an onboarding in which I go through your listing, your pricing history and your market, and lay the foundation properly. After that I watch the booking pace in your market every week and adjust your prices per date. Every month you get a report with your numbers, what the market did and what is on the agenda for the next period. Every change comes past you before it goes live.
Onboarding fee from ₱17,500 one-off, then 4 to 8% on bookings that come in after the start date. Minimum six months, monthly cancellable after that. No higher annual revenue after twelve months, and you get the onboarding fee back.

I optimise your title, photos and description, fill in your listing information completely, run a competitor analysis across ten comparable properties and configure your settings. You also get a communication flow that steers towards 5-star reviews.
After that my involvement stops and you pay nothing further.

₱700 a month for the first 25 members, after which the price goes up. Your entry price stays locked for as long as you are a member.
